This is going to be rough!

Today we found out that Linc has a high bilirubin count (Jaundice). This means we have to place him in this suitcase- like container with fluorescent lights beaming down on him. He hates it! He is the type of baby that loves to be with you and snuggle so this is going to be a rough next 24 hours for him.

So we don't end a post on a sad note, here are some other pictures.

Linc falls asleep really fast every time. It is great!

Meet Lincoln Richard Barlow

Lincoln Richard Barlow arrived yesterday (March 25th) at 10:27 PM at LDS Hospital. He weight was 6 lbs and 12 oz measuring 18 inches. Mom and baby are doing great!

We were admitted to the hospital around 2PM. They broke Kati’s water at 3PM and around 6PM she was already a seven. Around 8PM we started pushing with Lincoln arriving at 10:27 PM. After getting the first epidural Kati could still feel her left side so before we started to push we did another epidural. The epidurals wore off pretty fast so Kati felt a ton of pain through the whole process. Kati fought through the pain and did a great job! She is so amazing!

Here are some pictures that everyone has been asking for. Say hello to Barlow grandchild number 28 and Layton lucky number 7!
